The VirtualSchool Courseware Manger (proprietary software technology of VirtualSchool) is a wizard driven, online course development tool allowing content creation and uploading from other programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe etc), and adding audio, video clips, including programs and animations built using Flash and Authorware5, or HTML pages or Internet hot links.
The Courseware Manager enables teachers and students to benefit from the online exchange of traditional classroom instructional tools, literature and guidance in an Internet based setting.

Teacher Privileges
Teachers can create and dispense course outline, course material, assignments, homework, project works, web links and miscellaneous items to students, all online. Teacher can also set the course distribution preferences and edit them accordingly.
Any content entered into the course folder (for example: course syllabus and outlines, course materials, homework, assignments, project work and reference books) will be available to the students selected to receive the course folder once distributed.
Access to the Student Desk
Each student desk has six categories:
- Course Outline.
- Homework.
- Project Work.
- Course Material.
- Assignments.
- Reference Books.
Students can view the course documents, course outline, course material, assignments, homework, project works, web links and miscellaneous items online and access the course from anywhere at any point of time and submit the finished work to the teacher through an in built email feature, including the facility of uploading attachments from other programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe etc). Students can also prefer to send the finished work to parents, counselors, academic advisors etc through an email.
