Voluntary Services: Staff Training at Blue Cross Hyderabad

P Varaprasad, Executive Director & Location Head of Kaizen SRA along with his team members offered a customised program to promote team work and induce productivity at Blue Cross Hyderabad. These weekly sessions dealt with issues relating to Communication, Teamwork, Leadership, Responsibility and Accountability, Working across all divisions within an organization and relating to all employees both experienced and new.A gesture which is purely voluntary as Kaizen believes in making a difference  in the lives of people who are doing such good work at Blue Cross and would also contribute towards our corporate social responsibility.
