Promote technical job posts to attract talent through technical & social media. Utilize ATS tools and technologies RippleHire, Oorwin, Bullhorn, HireCraft. Implement robust Recruitment Metrics and maintain equilibrium between business req supply and demand while collaborating with the ops team. Use Human Cap mgmt tools, PeopleSoft, Oracle BPM, Xpand, Siebel CRM, LMS, and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
