responsible to develop, write RFI/RFR/RFQ, usig Taleo, Jobdive, Ariba. Gather information on problems or procedures relating to HR, recruitment and talent mgmt. Requirements should be able to work with multiple ATS w/strong competency in mapping skills. Handle multiple client portfolio and troubleshoot technical & functional issues. Should have exp with staffing solutions and services w/US employment compliances, global staffing systems & recruitment mgmt systems. Should be able to work with VMS/MSP, MS Office.
Education: 
Reqs BS in arts/bus or for. equiv. w/2 yrs exp.
